But how?! E 'already' carnival ???!... but we did not put the Christmas tree and celebrated the New Year a few days ago ??...

Wow pero '! if we are at the carnival, it means that soon will come 'Easter e. ... then e. .. dovro' iniziare a fare gli esperimenti per la colomba (col bimbo ...lievito madre) ^-^
Oggi visto che e' martedi' grasso ho preparato le chiacchiere, buoooooooooneee, saranno anche fritte, il fritto si sa che non fa tanto bene, ma perche' tutte le cose buone fanno male? boh!

Mentre scrivo questo post...vi confesso che ne sto mangiando una ^-^ ...slurp!
Ingredienti:
Burro 50 gr
Farina 500 gr
Grappa 25 ml
Lievito chimico in polvere 6 gr
Sale 1 pizzico
Uova(medie) 3 intere e 1 tuorlo
Vanillina 1 bustina
Zucchero 70 gr
Setacciate la farina con il lievito, aggiungete tutti gli ingredienti e formate working the dough for 10 minutes. Date
