Non so voi, ma a me i pavesini sono sempre piaciuti sin da bambina.
Ricordo che me li portavo sempre nella cartella per merenda a scuola...praticamente sono cresciuta con loro.
Ma chi se lo immaginava che oltre ad essere buonissimi da soli, potevano trasformarsi come base per dei Golosi (la g maiuscola l'ho messa to make the idea) to do fast pastries and fast disappearing?

a cup of coffee 'cold
desiccated coconut.

They bathe quickly in the coffee '(as when one does tiramisu') and then pass into the desiccated coconut ..
