CHICKEN ROLLS WITH PHILADELPHIA
February 27, 2011 I'm back but this time with puppets and dolls, but with a recipe but very inviting .... quiet and not 'a sweet (mica only eat sweets at home ^ - ^) .
This recipe I had heard on TV (unless evil that occasionally give something interesting to say the truth even if it was a public '). Since
not 'the first time I prepare this second course, and each time has always been a great success (it is literally brushed the plate), I decided to spend the recipe.
Ingredients: Sliced \u200b\u200bchicken breast
a couple of tablespoons of philadelphia
1 zucchini slices of ham slices bacon
I suggest a side dish of fresh salad.
Grate the zucchini and stir to philadelphia.
Take chicken breasts and flatten them a bit to thin '.
on each slice of chicken put us on a slice of ham.
spread on the mixture of zucchini and Philadelphia.
Roll all by way of arrotolateci and roll over the slice of bacon.
Stop all this with a bit 'of string otherwise you come apart during cooking.
in a pan, melt some butter and oil with the sage.
Fry the rolls and add white wine to finish cooking.
Once cooked about 20 minutes arrange in serving dish with a nice fresh salad as a side dish .... I'm really GOOOOOLOSIIII!
